Duties
- Accurately process and submit claims to insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and handle denials or rejections.
- Manage pre-authorization processes to ensure timely approval of services.
- Ensure timelycollection of outstanding balances from patientsand insurance companies.
- Maintain detailedrecords of billingactivities and collections.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billingdiscrepancies.
